So, today is Summer Solstice Day. Indeed, time flies and we’re half way through the calendar year. Finally, the season has arrived. What’s on your bucket list for the season? Check out my Summer Bucket List Before Fall Comes post and get started on having the time of your life.
Summer Solstice
In the first place, this is the longest day of the year for anyone living north of the equator. In addition to being the longest day of the year, it also has the shortest night of the year. And, the reason we have this day is because the Earth orbits around the Sun on a tilted axis.

With most schools out and many planning time off from work, what’s on your to do-list? Now is the time to carve out some special plans to enjoy the warmer months. So get your calendar out and start planning. If you have kids, there are a lot of graduation parties happening the end of June and early July.

Because I’m a big Boston Red Sox fan, I will be attending many home games. And for games I don’t attend, I will be finding a cool place to watch my team throughout the Summer months.
