Flag Day is celebrated on June 14th each year to honor the American Flag and commemorate the adoption of the flag.

What do people do to celebrate?

Many people celebrate this holiday by hanging flags outside their homes and businesses.   As a little girl, I remember my Elementary School hosting Flag Day celebrations.   Many schools have Flag Day services, quizzes, and writing competitions about the American Flag.  Other popular celebrations have centered around musical salutes and street parades in various cities and towns.

Flag Day Wearable Fashions

Fashions have become more fun.  Many Designers have created red, white, and blue flag prints in their fashions to express freedom and American pride.  Individuals throughout the United States wear fun fashion items to symbolize the flag today by showing the American spirit and patriotism.    Some fashion items to wear to celebrate Flag Day are T-shirts (Men, Women, and Children), Scarves, tote bags or handbags, socks (Men and Women), Tom’s shoes, jewelry, denim flag print shorts, sweatpants (my Husband owns a cute pair he wears to embrace the Patriotic holidays), headbands, and dresses.

The T-shirt featured below is a great item to pick up and is timeless.  It can be worn on Memorial Day, Flag Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Veterans Day, and Patriots Day.  This style has over two dozen patriotic prints such as tanks, T-shirts, and tunics available.  You’re all set to represent the USA while looking cute and stylish.  This style is perfect for any party and stylish enough so you can wear it all year-long looking chic.

The fashions featured above are certainly fun, cool, and chic.  What will you be wearing on holiday?  How do you celebrate the holiday?

As always, I welcome your comments.
