Massachusetts Voters Legalize Marijuana
Massachusetts voters jumped on the bandwagon by legalizing marijuana on the November ballot. As of December 15, 2016, marijuana will be fully legal in Massachusetts. Hence, it will be subject to rules and taxes like alcohol.
