If you’re looking for a gourmet experience, look no further than 2 Fools and a Bull in Aruba. Every time my husband and I visit Aruba, we have our go-to favorite restaurants. Since I last visited Aruba, I’ve heard that 2 Fools and a Bull is one of the best restaurants on the Island.
When I returned home from my last vacation to Aruba, I started my research on this restaurant. Due to the positive reviews, I was excited to dine there. Once my husband and I made our Hotel reservations, I contacted the restaurant for a reservation. I was excited to receive a confirmation for a dinner reservation prior to my vacation.
2 Fools and a Bull
Since my husband and I are foodies, we were looking forward to our dinner reservation. The first thing you need to do is email the restaurant for a reservation. Second, once you receive a date, you need to reconfirm the reservation. Upon arrival, you will see a chalkboard as featured below next to the door.
Upon arrival, you’re greeted with a glass of champagne and ushered into the patio area. Since you mingle in the back with others, you feel like you’re at a dinner party. This experience was different from any prior restaurant my Husband and I ever been to.
First, you’re seated at 7:30 p.m. The menu is on the blackboard with all 5 courses. They pay attention to allergies. Paul is a delightful host and entertainer. Paul engages the diners with his stories.
Bas is the talented Chef behind the menu. If you have dined there before, they keep a record of such so the meal isn’t repeated. Furthermore, between courses, you’re able to retreat to the patio. As you’re sipping your wine, you’re able to carry on a conversation. Your glass is never left empty.
A wonderful part of the experience is your taste awakens to quality and flavor. Exceptional food with wine pairing makes this an experience not to miss.
Acquaintances and Friendships
While sitting in close proximity, you’re able to strike up new acquaintances. One of the couples we met was on our flight home. Another couple we met, we hope to see on an upcoming trip to New York.

In summary, expect a night filled with fun, good food, and wine. Paul will keep you entertained for hours with his hysterical personality. So, expect a night of fun and adventure. My husband and I look forward to returning on our next trip to Aruba.
