So, are you looking for some fun Summer things to do? Well, you have come to the right place. I have several recommendations for you.

Fun Summer

So, if you are looking for something to do during the week, or the weekend or to embark on a new adventure; keep scrolling for some of my ideas.

Of course, it is beach season! Whether you are headed to the coastline, or lounging around a swimming pool; it is essential you protect your skin. Visit my Sun is Out – Protect Your Skin post for everything you need to keep your skin protected.

While you are lounging on the beach or by the pool; it’s time to pick up a beach read.

The Summer Pact

When you are looking to get away from crime stories; you will want to read this book.

This story is about 4 girls who meet in college. When a tragedy occurs right before graduation; they make a pact to always be there for each other.

A decade later – one of them is going through a difficult time. Though they are each at different crossroads in their lives; they get together to help their friend.

At the same time, their friendship leads to self-discovery and dealing with real life situations.

Though this book isn’t as light as light as some of Emily Griffin’s other books; it is heartfelt.

Just for the Summer

Another book I recommend reading is Just for the Summer.

So, Justin has bad luck dating. After 4 dates; the women he dates leave him. He posts on Reddit, “Am I the Asshole”. Enter Emma who seems to have the same problem as Justin.

The two decide to make a plan to date each other for 4 dates and break up. But, what happens when the two end up falling for each other?

In addition, this book has a good message about healing and also who you let into your life.
