MFS Washington DC returns for its 10th season. When the show first debuted, there were three couples meeting at the Alter for the first time. In season 8, four couples were chosen. Married at First Sight Prior Seasons

In the last few seasons, there have been many unhappy people chosen by the experts. For instance, in MFS, Philadelphia; Kate Sisk and Luke Cuccurullo seemed off from the beginning. Early in their marriage, Luke tells Kate he feels dead and isn’t attracted to her. Of course, it is no surprise the couple decides to get a divorce. When Season 9 began, you hoped the experts did a better job in pairing the couples together. However once again, there were several odd choices. Be sure to check out my Married at First Sight Charlotte post.

Consequently, early on we saw Amber Bowles and Matthew Gwynne’s marriage showing trouble from the beginning. With Matthew’s family never introduced throughout the series; and Matthew not coming home many nights, this marriage seemed doomed right from the start.

At the same time, Season 10 has five new couples meeting at the Altar for the first time. When the show returns tonight; each episode will be two hours instead of only one hour as prior seasons.
