Navigate Black Friday shopping on November 25, 2016.  Thanksgiving is behind us.  Since it is usually one of the busiest shopping days of the year, time to prepare your list.  Because holiday shopping can be stressful, I have provided some tips to put the fun into the holidays.

Because there are so many deals and promotions, know where to start.  Make a list.  What do you want to shop for?  Navigate the crowd on Black Friday.  Since there are a lot of sales, it can be overwhelming.  Because in the past the minute the doors opened, crowds would swarm the stores.  No need to fight the crowd.  Since there are many options available, consider shopping on a different day.  Shop on-line.

So if you’re like me, you enjoy heading out early in the morning.  Because I enjoy the excitement and get into the holiday spirit, I enjoy heading out early a.m. on Black Friday.  Since I usually start my shopping early, I’m on the hunt for promotions and unique gift items today.

Every year I try to venture to a new shopping destination.  Some years I end up in Boston and other years I shop local.  Even though I have a lot of my gift shopping complete, I will be heading out to shop local this year.  Visit my shop local post.

Every year less and less crowds are out shopping.  Although many individuals are shopping on-line more frequently, many are still shopping the stores.  Black Friday shopping is an important day.   Due to many individuals and schools out for the long holiday weekend, more individuals will be out and about.  Holiday traffic can be hard to deal with.

If your looking for something specific, find out if it is available.  By knowing if the store your visiting has the item, your saving time.   Also, many stores hire additional holiday help so there is more assistance available this time of year.

Plan a budget.  Look for coupons.  Because of massive discounts, take advantage of this on Black Friday.  Get the most for your dollar.  Take advantage of early bird deals.  By having a budget, you will be able to manage your holiday shopping.

Even if you’re shopping on-line, know your spending power.  Since you may not be headed out shopping today, peruse the flyers, promotions and email offerings.
